how many of you would ring someone at 8:15 in the morning (am talking friends not family) to see if you would like to do something???

one of the mums from playgroup rang me at that time this morning - while i was enjoying a peaceful bath on my day off

Hmmm. Knowing you are a mum, and it being your day off- i understand 8.15 might have been a good time to catch you- also- you must be popular, she didnt want you to make plans without her!
But i agree 8.15 is a bit early. The day doesnt start until 9am- before that im in a sleepy daze, feeding, bathing and whatever else!

Did you arange anything in the end?

x

I would ring my friends at this time in the morning if they had school aged children because I know they will be up. For anyone with smaller children or no kids I wouldn't phone them before 9am.

Lol I have a couple people who tend to call me at 3 am or so apparently for no reason. And I learned my lesson once already to just answer and announce I'm pissed rather than ignore it and let em keep calling back, lol. So yeah that's pretty early to be calling just to make plans.
